Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

Third-party software or stock assets used may remain under their respective licenses.

Weekly site updates are processed and completed within 24 hours.
Extra revisions outside the package scope may incur fees.
Ongoing support is included with active subscriptions.
We offer basic site maintenance, bug fixes, and technical support.
Extended support plans are available upon request.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
No refunds for partial months or completed services.
Custom projects canceled midway may be subject to applicable fees.
All information shared with Whitespace Nexus will be treated confidentially. We do not share client data with third parties without consent.
Agencies may resell our services under their brand.
Whitespace Nexus will remain invisible to your clients unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for client communication and billing.
Whitespace Nexus is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. While we aim to support your growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic or revenue increases.
